Alumni for Social Impact

The Alumni for Social Impact (ASI) brings together alumni and current students of the Centre for Social Impact UWA to further develop a community of leading practice in social impact.

ASI has been active since the first Graduate Certificate in Social Impact was completed in 2011 and exists to generate and facilitate networking, knowledge, and impact. Current members studied social impact through the Graduate Certificate or a Master in Business Administration at UWA. They are an incredibly diverse group of talented people including CEOs of not-for-profits, policy advisers, social entrepreneurs, project managers in NGOs, social impact consultants, and community investment executives in corporations.

Events, casual networking and online communication provide opportunities for alumni and students to network with other social impact leaders within and outside the network.

Public lectures, workshops, and the annual symposium offer opportunities for alumni and current students, as well as the general public, to learn and further the development of best practice in social impact.

Through alumni projects and work in their own organisations, members of ASI are consistently generating positive social impact across all sectors within Australia and beyond.
